The new float line is equipped with modern system procedures that reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and reduce energy consumption by 20%, with an average daily production capacity of 900 tons. The new float line also produces glass products with a thickness of 1.4 mm and a width of 4.9 m.


François-Xavier Moser, head of Saint-Gobain's market in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, said at the opening ceremony: "I am honored to participate in the commissioning ceremony of this modern production line today. In addition to the two float glass production lines, Saint-Gobain also has a mirror production line, a lacquered glass production line and a laminated glass production line at the Dombrow-Gurnichey plant.
