Summary of problems with poor flatness of curved tempered glass!

1 The finished glass has a distortion deviation from the design requirements. This indicates that the position of the glass to be bent and tempered on the roller table is not properly placed, and the center line of the glass bending is not parallel to the roller table.

Solution: If this happens, the operator needs to re-adjust the position of the glass on the upper stage so that the center line of the glass is parallel to the roller table.

2 The finished glass has a different bending depth than the design. This indicates that there is a problem in the setting of the tempering process parameters: in the heating stage, the heating temperature of the glass is not enough; in the cooling stage, it is mainly that the upper air inlet and the lower air outlet are not synchronized when blowing, and one is first opened when blowing, and one is opened after blowing. . If the lower air outlet first opens the air blower, the bending depth of the glass after molding will increase. On the contrary, the upper air outlet first opens the air blower, and the bending depth of the glass after the molding is reduced, and the arc is not formed according to the design depth.

Solution: If this happens, the operator can readjust the process parameters and adjust the bending depth of the glass.

3 The profile quality of the finished glass does not meet the design requirements.

Solution: In case of such problems, the operator can appropriately adjust the bending time and quenching time of the heating section, or the tension of the bending section drive chain, and solve such problems by adjusting the tempering process parameters or equipment.
